Ingredients: ½ cup cream cheese ¼ cup buttermilk 2 tablespoons minced chives 1 tablespoon minced parsley 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind ¼ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite veggies.
