Delta Dental PPO
PPO network. Lowest out-of-pocket costs for you. Large network of dentists nationwide. 

Delta Dental Premier
Safety net to PPO. Higher out-of-pocket costs than PPO, but may be lower than non-network 

DeltaCare
Dental capitation or dental HMO type network. DeltaCare members must use a DeltaCare dentist.

  • The Delta Dental of Illinois online network directory is updated daily. Once you use the search tool, if you print directory results, the directory is valid only for the date indicated on the printed copy. Visit our directory accuracy page to report a directory inaccuracy. The directory notes if a dentist/dental office is accepting or closed to new patients, as well as the networks the dentist participates in. Make sure you review the networks associated with your dental plan. Members can contact Customer Service at 800-323-1743 or use this form for more information or to dispute a claim processed showing the dentist as out-of-network if the directory lists the dentist as in-network.

    If you have a DeltaCare plan, you must use a DeltaCare network dentist. If you have a Delta Dental PPO Plus Delta Dental Premier plan, you will receive in-network benefits from Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier network dentists. You will save the most money by using a Delta Dental PPO network.
