Delivering an exceptional experience for you is central to our mission. As we were preparing for the technology upgrade, we identified an issue in our system that requires additional time to address. Because we want to get this right, we are extending our upgrade Go Live date while we complete the necessary corrections. As a result, our technology upgrade will not occur on June 3. We will continue to keep you informed and will share a new upgrade date as soon as it is confirmed. We appreciate your patience as we work to address these issues.

In June, our online portals will be updated as part of an upgrade to our dental benefits administration system. Please visit our upgrade resources and FAQs to learn more.

The member portal on our website is unavailable starting May 30. During this time, members will not be able to access benefit and claim information on our member portal. In the meantime, members can access their benefit and claim information, as well as ID card, on the Delta Dental Mobile App. For other inquiries, submit a customer service inquiry on our website or contact Delta Dental of Illinois’ customer service at 800-323-1743. We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements.
