Community Grants Program

Our community grants program provides funding to organizations that provide oral health care and/or education. With the help of our community grant recipients, we are able to improve access to care in all areas of the state. In 2023, Delta Dental of Illinois Foundation awarded nearly $250,000 to 18 nonprofit and community organizations providing programs and services to improve children's oral health in Illinois. In order to guide our future grant-making efforts, the Foundation requires past recipients of the Community Grants Program to submit a final report at the completion of your project in the year following the grant award. This will assist the committee in monitoring progress with the grant and the impact from the funding.
