The member portal on our website will be unavailable starting May 30 until June 3. During this time, members will not be able to access benefit and claim information on our member portal. During this time, you can access your benefit and claim information, as well as ID card, on the Delta Dental Mobile App. For other inquiries, you can submit a customer service inquiry on our website or contact Delta Dental of Illinois’ customer service at 800-323-1743.
