    Ingredients: 1 ½ frozen bananas ¾ cup canned coconut milk 1 ½ cups fresh spinach 10-15 fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and add a mint leaf for garnish, if desired. Enjoy!

    Ingredients: 1 ½ cups raw pumpkin seeds 2 teaspoons butter, melted 1 pinch salt Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Toss seeds in a bowl with melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
