Delta Dental of Illinois Proudly Supports Veterans' Oral Health

Delta Dental of Illinois thanks veterans and active members of our armed services for bravely serving our country, and underscores its ongoing commitment to expanding access to oral health care.

Through a continued partnership with Dental Lifeline Network (DLN), Delta Dental companies across the country have joined DLN's LifeLine Heroes Challenge to help improve access to oral health care for veterans.

To date, Delta Dental companies have contributed more than $761,000, including $25,000 from Delta Dental of Illinois in 2022 and 2023, supporting the mobilization of $13.2 million in oral health care delivered to veterans, according to DLN.

As the nation’s oral health leader, we understand the power of a healthy smile and the impact it can have on one’s overall health. America’s veterans answered the call for our country, and through our partnership with Dental Lifeline Network, Delta Dental of Illinois is working to do the same for them.

DLN uses funding to connect elderly, disabled, or medically-fragile veterans with volunteer dentists and labs who provide treatment at no cost. Delta Dental extends gratitude to the oral health providers who have selflessly dedicated their time and expertise to assist these heroes.
