Strong oral health begins with instilling the daily habits of brushing and flossing your teeth. The recommended brush time of two minutes twice daily ultimately adds up to 1,460 minutes of brushing your teeth each year. That is more than one full day of brushing. With all that brushing, you want to have a toothbrush you are comfortable with and is the best choice for you personally. Learning more about manual and electric toothbrushes will help you to decide which kind of toothbrush you prefer.
