All dentists and dental staff - both network and non-network - can easily check claims processing and payment for your Delta Dental patients covered by any Delta Dental member company on our Dentist Connection. If you are not registered for Dentist Connection, register today!
Both Explanation of Payment (EOP) for payments made directly to dentists and Explanation of Benefit (EOB) for payments made directly to patients/members are accessible.

Checking Claims Status
Once logged into Dentist Connection, view claims statuses on the Claims tab.
Checking Pre-Treatment Estimate Status
Once logged into Dentist Connection, access pre-treatment estimate status by viewing a patient and selecting the Treatment Plans tab.
Viewing EOP and EOB Statements
Once logged into Dentist Connection, access EOP statements by clicking on the check number.
