Delta Dental of Illinois follows guidelines from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to deliver the appropriate educational pieces to our provider network. Together, we will achieve outstanding quality and increased value in the care provided to our members. Delta Dental of Illinois requires all participating providers to take FWA, and Cultural Competency training on an annual basis. This training also assists dental offices with the skills necessary to communicate effectively with people who have different backgrounds or experiences.
All Delta Dental of Illinois participating providers are required to complete these training modules each calendar year. Once you have completed the FWA, Compliance, and Cultural Competency training, remember to acknowledge completion by downloading and filling out the form.
