DeltaVision® Plans Available for Illinois Individuals and Families
NAPERVILLE, Ill. (March 1, 2023) – Illinois residents can now access quality eye care and eyewear at low out-of-pocket costs from Delta Dental of Illinois through DeltaVision*. Effective March 1, 2023, DeltaVision* plans offer affordable and flexible coverage for Illinois consumers.
DeltaVision offers Illinois consumers two comprehensive plans with access to an extensive network that includes private-practice providers and top optical retail brands. The vision care network provides consumers with an exceptional level of choice and includes optometrists, ophthalmologists and opticians who are credentialed following National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.
The new plans give individuals and families access to affordable vision care, including lower out-of-pocket expenses and up to 40% off additional vision care purchases after using plan benefits.
Members receive 100% coverage with just a $0 or $10 copay, including:
- Annual eye exams – including contact lens fitting and evaluation
- Lenses – single vision, lined bifocals, lined trifocals or lenticular
- Lens enhancements – tints and scratch-resistant coating
- Discounts on laser vision correction, sunglasses and more
