Dental benefit information
Your annual maximum applies only to the portion your dental plan pays on your behalf. Any deductibles or co-pays that you pay do not count towards your annual maximum. Some important basic services, such as diagnostic and preventive procedures, might not count toward your annual maximum; however, this will depend on your specific dental plan.

Dental benefit information
A dental benefits deductible is the dollar amount you must pay for covered dental services before your dental plan starts to pay.
Your deductible amount resets once every 12 months. Many dental plan providers follow the calendar year (e.g.; January through December). Check with your dental plan provider to confirm the exact dates.
