Rheaana Guess is vice president and people and diversity officer at Delta Dental of Illinois. In addition to overseeing human resources, she is responsible for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, including trainings and programming, employee development, affinity and mentoring programs to foster an inclusive culture that will attract, hire and retain a diverse workforce. A three-time Northwestern University graduate and licensed attorney, she has more than 15 years of labor and employment law experience with a specific focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
