Caramel Yogurt Dip with Fresh Apple Slices
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. agave syrup
¼ cup brown sugar
One 6 oz. container plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine salt, syrup and sugar in a small saucepan and heat on low until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt and vanilla. Allow to cool. For a thicker dip, refrigerate overnight. Serve the dip with fresh apple slices.
