Peanuts are a delicious snack and good for your smile as long as you don't crack the shells with your teeth. Peanuts are packed with protein, which helps produce the connective tissue that supports teeth. Peanuts also benefit oral health by reducing the acidity of your saliva, lowering the likelihood of tooth decay.1 Enjoy this recipe that is full of tooth-friendly peanuts!
