Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cups Posted on December 20, 2017 in Recipes Ingredients: 5 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate 2 tablespoons butter, divided 4-6 packets powdered stevia 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural peanut butter 2 teaspoons almond meal/flour 2 droppers plain liquid stevia Directions: Melt the chocolate with 1 tablespoon butter. Add stevia to taste. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Place 1 teaspoon of the chocolate into a peanut butter cup mold. Ice cube trays also work well. Spoon a heaping ½ teaspoon of peanut butter on top of the chocolate. Top the peanut butter with another teaspoon of chocolate. Refrigerate until hardened, approximately 1 hour.
