2 ripe avocados, mashed
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
½ cup light brown sugar (or Sucanat, or a brown sugar blend sugar substitute)
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Heat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix avocados and melted chocolate until smooth. Add sugars and eggs and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients. Stir the dry mixture into the chocolate mixture until just combined. Spread batter into a greased 8×8 baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
