Asparagus with Goat Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes Posted on November 21, 2017 in Recipes Ingredients: 1 pound asparagus spears Nonstick cooking spray 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese Sliced cherry tomatoes Directions: Place asparagus in a shallow pan and coat lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill asparagus over medium heat directly on a greased grill rack for 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Transfer asparagus to a serving platter and coat lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with goat cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes.
