Baked Parmesan Zucchini Rounds

Ingredients
2 zucchini, cut into ¼”-thick slices
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use foil to line a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Arrange zucchini rounds on the baking sheet, then season with salt, pepper, garlic salt or red pepper flakes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each zucchini slice. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
