A message to dentists
As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic is bringing daily changes, challenges and stresses.
Our first concern is the health, safety and well-being of our employees and those we serve.
Providing a high level of service to our members, groups, brokers and dentists is a top priority. We have had a long-standing business continuity plan in place to ensure seamless service for our members, groups, brokers and dentists should we experience an event of this nature. We also have procedures in place to ensure the security of our services. There has been no disruptions in our operations as our teams are well prepared to continue to work with you and your patients, our members, and provide the same high level of service as always.
Please note that during this time, we are adjusting our customer service hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. We will advise you of any other changes in our service operations.

As always, our self-service FaxBack through our automated phone system and Dentist Connection through our website are available any time of the day to access patient and claim information.
Ways we are contributing:
- A total of $1 Million provided to ISDS Foundation. Delta Dental of Illinois Foundation provided two $500,000 grants to support the mission of Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) Foundation which is to improve the oral health of children, families and individuals throughout the state by supporting initiatives that expand access to care and increase dental health education and awareness. Funding also supports equipment and supplies for future Mission of Mercy events.
- $3 Million in financial support to Delta Dental PPO™ and Delta Dental Premier® network dentists in Illinois. Funds can be used to offset expenses.
