As a result of the National Emergency due to COVID-19, we are working to ensure our members are not adversely affected by this event in regard to their dental plan.
Our first concern is the health, safety and well-being of our employees, as well as that of our community and those we work with and serve. As a result, we will not be terminating dental plans at this time as a result of not being able to make payments. Additionally, our customer service team will continue to be available to answer any questions and assist our members during this time. Please read our frequently asked questions and answers to help guide our members during this time.
If you are affected by the National Emergency due to COVID-19 and have questions regarding your dental plan, please contact us. Please note that during this time, we are adjusting our customer service hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Providing a high level of service to our members, groups, brokers and dentists is a top priority, and it will be business as usual in terms of the service we provide you.
