  • Delta Dental of Illinois is currently recruiting for the following position:  

ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verify all pertinent information is received on enrollment forms and is accurate.
  • Key and research new and existing enrollment received.
  • Research and process changes from e-forms, e-mails, faxes, and mail submitted by other DDIL Departments, Group Administrators, Third Party Administrators, and Brokers.
  • Analyze electronic enrollment error reports and make updates and adjustments.
  • Coordinate requests for missing and/or invalid information on enrollment forms to Group Administrators.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong data entry skills and capable of working in an ACD environment with talk and work time goals. 
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word and Excel) is preferred. 
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
