LISLE, IL March 6, 2006 - Delta Dental of Illinois announced the appointment of Theresa Marshall, HIA, MHP as Senior Sales Executive.

Marshall is responsible for middle market sales for Delta Dental of Illinois in Southern Illinois. Marshall's territory includes Peoria, Champaign-Urbana, Bloomington, Quincy, Carbondale, Belleville, and the Metro East/St. Louis area.

Marshall, who most recently was a business manager with Pacificare, where she focused on mid-market medical, dental, life, ADD and STD sales in St. Louis and Dallas areas, has extensive experience in sales and account management. For four years, Marshall worked as a sales executive at Pacific Life & Annuity in St. Louis, where she was responsible for sales in the large group employee life health care market.

Marshall is a graduate of Webster University in St. Louis and was a sergeant in the U.S. Army for three years. Marshall resides in the St. Louis area.
